We typically invest $15 - $30 million in differentiated U.S.-based companies with between $5 million and $15 million of EBITDA, with the ability to pursue larger transactions alongside our family office co-investors.
We make control or minority investments in companies with a strong, stable management team who will continue to operate the company post-close.
