Gus Pinto joined McNally Capital in 2025 as a Principal of Portfolio Operations and a member of

the Internal Resources Group to lead software strategy and development across the firm’s

portfolio companies. With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, product

development, and business operations, he has built and scaled software solutions that drive

business growth and operational efficiency.

Before joining McNally, Gus served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at SyBridge, where

he led the development of Al-driven manufacturing solutions. Prior to SyBridge, he was Chief

Product Officer at Fast Radius, where he helped build a cloud-based manufacturing software

platform that simplified the design-to-production process. Earlier in his career, Gus held

leadership roles at Magic Leap, Citrix, and Microsoft.

In addition to his corporate roles, he has co-founded and invested in multiple technology

ventures, advising startups in cloud computing, Al, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Iguaçu University (UNIG) in

Brazil. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and is a lifelong Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner.

He lives in Florida with his wife, Laura, and their three children, Mason, Ava, and Reed.
