McNally Capital is pleased to announce the recent hiring of two new team members and the promotion of a team member.
Nicole Henderson
Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations
Nicole is focused on developing and strengthening the firm’s relationships with institutional investors, drawing on nearly 15 years of experience working for and on behalf of alternative investment funds. Prior to joining McNally, she was a member of the North American sales practice at the Far Hills Group, representing an array of investment strategies. Previously, she served as Vice President of Private Credit Business Development at Annaly Capital Management, where she was responsible for institutional fundraising for a U.S. middle market direct lending strategy. Prior to Annaly, she held business development and investor relations roles at Gramercy Funds Management.
Tyler Ashley
Head of Business Development
Tyler focuses on the strategic execution and management of McNally's origination efforts, including sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities. Prior to joining McNally, Tyler worked as the Vice President of Originations for Excellere Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm. Prior to that, Tyler was an Associate for JMC Capital Partners in Boston. Tyler began his career working in various roles within the media and technology industries.

Mary Pizzo has been promoted to Senior Associate. Mary joined McNally Capital in 2022 and, alongside Nicole, focuses on the firm’s fundraising and investor relations efforts.
